Linear CCD's

Model Chart

Linear CCD image sensors are essentially a photodiode array forming the central part of the device with analog shift registers located on both sides. The shift registers transfer tha charges generated in the photodiodes to the output circuit.

These sensors feature high sensitivty and spectral response from 330 to 1100nM as well as good resolution performance. Good near infrared performance is enhanced by the sensor structure and a thin optically active area.
