We offer devices for detecting
light from the ultra-violet to the infrared, and
into the x-ray region. These are solid state imaging
devices, photodiodes, CCD's and CMOS, which provide
a method of converting an optical image to an electronic
format. If you are interested in how a CCD works,
we have basic information available on CCD theory.
These products vary in complexity from IC chips,
and imaging integration modules to full digital cameras.
Sensors are available as linear photodiode
arrays (with CCD readout registers) and two-dimensional
CCD arrays. Two-dimensional arrays are further broken
down into full frame sensors and frame transfer devices.
Our sensors and cameras are not end
consumer products and are typically embedded as integrated
parts in our customers' products. Peripheral electronics
and camera kits are available for some sensors.
