Hill Tech is an emerging leader in LED power supply technology. Our LED Drivers are actually a special type of power supply used to supply power and control LEDs. We have a complete line of DC/DC and AC/DC drivers for indoor and outdoor class II applications. Our goal is to simplify your design process by offering cost effective, feature rich, modular DC/DC and AC/DC LED Drivers.

When choosing to power your LEDs, it is important to understand that not all drivers are created equal. Our drivers offer high electrical efficiency using SMPS and PFC designs. Wasting power supplied to the LED array by using an inefficient driver defeats one of the main advantages of implementing LED lighting, which is higher efficiency.

The cost and complexity of our drivers are slightly higher than simple diode/resistor or rectifier designs, but offer advantages in terms of increased LED life, lower power consumption, a potentially smaller design (not needing a heat sink), and greater ability to control power to the LEDs.

Less energy provided to the LED Driver means you can further reduce the overall cost of energy for the amount of light you get.

Input range on these drivers is extended from 90 to 277 VAC. They come with the same thermal load guarantee: full load at 70°C in dry, damp, or wet conditions. The DC output and AC input are available with two wiring configurations with or without wiring chambers.

Family certifications include UL1310 wet, IP65 for European use, and are listed UL879 (SAM) for UL hassle-free solutions for LED Driver sign requirements.

These are Constant Current Drivers with universal input and include input to output isolation. Other features include: Over Current, Over Voltage, Short Circuit Protection, High Efficiency, and Power Factor Correction.

Our DC-DC LED Drivers provide a turn-key solution requiring no external components, for easy integration into a multitude of LED lighting applications needing compact high constant current output in small DIP packages. Features include: Remote ON/OFF control function, PWM, and analog voltage dimming control (0 – 100).
